To request your return, please fill out the Return Form within 20 days from delivery or from pick up in boutique.

Prepare the package following these simple steps:

1. Prepare the items in the original order box or a similar, resistant box. Make sure they are exactly as you received them, including any accessories and dedicated packaging.

2. Attach the prepaid UPS return label you received with your order to the outside of the return box (please cover or remove any existing labels). If you cannot find the return label, please contact us for assistance.

3. Arrange pick-up with UPS or leave the return at a designated drop-off location.
