RETURN POLICY
You can request a return for any item purchased on Valentino.com within 20 days from delivery or pick up in boutique.
ONLINE RETURN
- Please complete the online Return Form within 20 days, specifying if you want to be refunded or to exchange the items
- The items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and including any accessories or dedicated packaging
- Orders picked up in boutique can be returned to the same boutique, or shipped to Valentino using the provided UPS return label
- The items must be sent from the same Country/Region where they were delivered
- Items marked as Final Sale (such as Fragrances and Customized items) cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items will be verified before issuing a refund or shipping the exchange. Items which do not meet the guidelines described in our Return Policy cannot be accepted.
RETURN IN BOUTIQUE
You can return your order purchased online at any Valentino boutique of your choice in your Country. You will not need to fill in the Return Form, our boutique staff will handle your return directly in-store. For further information, please see Return in boutique.
