Unused merchandise accompanied by the original receipt with all tags intact and attached may be exchanged, returned to the original form of payment within fourteen (14) days from original purchase date, or exchanged for store credit. Store credit will not expire. Returns from cash transactions will be refunded via ACH or check, sent by US mail within fourteen (14) days of Valentino’s receipt and acceptance of the merchandise.
All sale, personalized items, such as monogrammed merchandise, items purchased at outlets, furs and exotic products, swimwear, and/or altered merchandise are considered “final sale” and not eligible for exchange, or return for store credit.
Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Valentino reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. If returning a book, cosmetic, or fragrance purchase, the merchandise must be in its original condition and unopened. Items not offered for sale at the store chosen for a return will not be accepted.
Returned products should have been used only for such time as is reasonably necessary to determine and verify their nature, characteristics and size.
Merchandise purchased in the United States may not be returned at international stores and, merchandise purchased internationally may not be returned in the United States. This Return Policy is applicable for local purchases only, and refunds will be offered in the local currency only. For a list of local stores available for returns, please visit the Store Locator.
Online order returns may be initiated in select stores, and are subject to Terms and Conditions detailed on the Valentino US website.
AFTER SALES POLICY
Repairs, exchanges, store credit and/or refunds after fourteen (14) days are only available in Valentino’s sole and absolute discretion for unused merchandise with manufacturing defects. Valentino reserves the right to decline assistance in connection with merchandise that, in its sole and absolute discretion, has been damaged due to misuse, ordinary wear and tear, modifications to the product, or lack of proper maintenance. No exchanges, store credit or refunds are available for merchandise designated as “final sale” under any circumstances.
