SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
For orders placed after December 19th, delivery is not guaranteed before Christmas.
Please note delivery times are approximate. Orders are shipped and delivered during business days, with the exception of local holidays and warehouse closures. Delivery may take longer under special circumstances.
All orders are shipped with DHL. We will send you an email with the shipment’s tracking number once the items have been dispatched.
DHL offers multiple on-demand delivery services to ensure receiving your order is easy and effortless: you can postpone the scheduled delivery date up to 7 days, pick up the package from a DHL Service Point or Locker, or put the delivery hold for up to 30 days if you’re on vacation.
If your order contains more than one item, it is possible that they could be sent at different times. You will receive a tracking number for each item. In this case, the shipping fee will only be charged once.

Boutique Holiday Delivery Service: gifts purchased in-store can be delivered to the address of your choice, on the day and time you prefer – even during the peak holiday season.
