To request your return, please fill out the Return Form within 15 days from delivery.

Prepare the package following these simple steps:

1. Prepare the items in the original order box or a similar, resistant box. Make sure they are exactly as you received them, including any accessories and dedicated packaging.
2. Attach the prepaid DHL return label you received with your order to the outside of the return box (please cover or remove any existing labels). If you cannot find the return label, please contact us for assistance.
3. Arrange free pick-up with DHL within 14 days from when you filled out the Return Form.
