RETURN POLICY

EXTENDED RETURNS

Enjoy extra time to exchange gifts during the festive season.

All orders purchased on Valentino.com or in Boutique between November 6th and December 25th, 2025, can be returned or exchanged until January 18th, 2026.

For orders placed after December 25th, our standard return policy applies. You can request a return for any item purchased on Valentino.com within 14 days from delivery or pick-up in boutique.

ONLINE RETURN

- Please complete the online Return Form within 14 days, specifying if you want to be refunded or to exchange the items

- The items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and including any accessories or dedicated packaging

- Orders picked up in boutique can be returned to the same boutique, or shipped to Valentino using the provided DHL return label

- The items must be sent from the same Country/Region where they were delivered

- Items marked as Final Sale (such as Fragrances and Customized items) cannot be returned or exchanged

Returned items will be verified before issuing a refund or shipping the exchange. Items which do not meet the guidelines described in our Return Policy cannot be accepted.
