To request your return, please fill out the Return Form within 30 days from delivery.

Prepare the package following these simple steps:

1. Prepare the items in the original order box or a similar, resistant box. Make sure they are exactly as you received them, including any accessories and dedicated packaging.
2. Fill out the Proforma Invoice which must be handed over to the courier at pickup together with the Waybill Doc label. If you cannot find the Proforma papers or return label, please contact us for assistance.
3. Ship the return package through a courier service of your choice. Return shipping costs will be at your expense and cannot be refunded. We suggest you choose a trackable, insured service, as Valentino cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
