Add a detail that makes your bag unique

The personalization service will be available for a selected range of DeVain bags, purchasable online at www.valentino.com or in Valentino Boutiques.

You can personalize the removable leather tag, sold together with the bag, in gold color by engraving up to 3 letters and 3 dots.

Requesting tag personalization is simple:

- By contacting our Customer Care, which will provide dedicated step-by-step assistance.

- In Boutique, where our staff will be happy to offer all the necessary information.

Delivery of the personalized tag can take place:

- To your home, if the service is requested through our Customer Care following a purchase on valentino.com;

- At the selected Boutique, if the request is made through this channel.

The personalization service, optional and free of charge, will be completed within 10 business days from Valentino’s confirmation regarding the feasibility of the requested personalization. Please note that, once confirmed by Valentino, the personalization request cannot be canceled or modified by the client.

Each personalization is carried out according to Valentino’s quality standards to ensure a result consistent with our products.
