SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
Please note deliver times are approximate. Delivery may take longer under special circumstances.
Orders are shipped and delivered during business days, with the exception of local holidays and warehouse closures.
All orders are shipped with UPS. As soon as the order has been picked up by the courier we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow the delivery on the UPS website. If your order contains more than one item, it is possible that they could be sent at different times. You will receive a confirmation email for each item. In this case, the shipping fee will only be charged once.
You can also see real-time updates in the Follow My Order page linked below by using your order number, or from your account if you were logged in during the purchase.
Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
