The Conditions for exercising the withdrawal right, which form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, are regulated by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 on the Consumer Code in Chapter I “Consumer rights in contracts”.
