You can check the status of your order and track the delivery at any time in the Follow My Order section, linked below. If you were logged in during the purchase, you will find the tracking information also in My Account.

Please make sure someone is present at the shipping address to receive the package, as the courier requests a signature for the delivery. It is not possible to choose a specific date and/or time for delivery, but the courier will leave a note after a failed delivery attempt with instructions on how to contact them. Unclaimed orders will be returned to our warehouse.
