To request your return, please fill out the Return Form within 30 days from delivery.

Prepare the package following these simple steps:

1. Prepare the items in the original order box or a similar, resistant box. Make sure they are exactly as you received them, including any accessories and dedicated packaging.
2. Attach the prepaid DHL return label you received with your order to the outside of the return box (please cover or remove any existing labels).  
3. Fill out the Proforma Invoice which must be handed over to the courier at pickup together with the Waybill Doc label. If you cannot find the Proforma papers or return label, please contact us for assistance.
4. Arrange pick-up with DHL.
