To request your return, please fill out the Return Form within 30 days from delivery or from pick up in boutique.

Prepare the package following these simple steps:

1. Prepare the items in the original order box or a similar, resistant box. Make sure they are exactly as you received them, including any accessories and dedicated packaging.

2. Fill out 3 copies of the Proforma Invoice. Include one inside the box, and hand the other 2 to the courier at pickup. 

3. Ship the return package through a courier service of your choice. Return shipping costs will be at your expense and cannot be refunded. We suggest you choose a trackable, insured service, as Valentino cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
