Returns and Refunds Return Policy

In boutique Returns

IN-BOUTIQUE RETURNS

All Valentino Boutique purchases can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Service applicable for Full Price purchases only, starting from November 15th until January 31st.

Online Returns

ONLINE RETURNS

For your gifts, we have decided to extend our return period during the holiday season.

All orders placed and delivered between November 11th and December 24th can be returned until January 16th.
Orders delivered after December 24th follow the regular return policy of 20 days.

Return Policy

You can return any item purchased on Valentino.com within 20 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

  1. Fill out the Return Form by entering the Order Number present in the Shipping Confirmation email of the item(s) you wish to return or in the "Orders" section of the My Account area.
  2. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
  3. Fill out 3 copies of the Returns Proforma Invoice that came with your parcel. Put the 3 copies in the plastic envelope and attach it to the outside of the parcel. If the forms are not complete, the package will not pass Customs and will be returned to you.
  4. Use the UPS Return Label included with your order for easy shipping.

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

It is not possible to return fragrances that have been opened or used.

If you have lost the pre-paid return label please contact us.

You can certainly use a different courier than the one that delivered the package.

If you use your own return method, no return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Keep in mind that if you do not use our return label, Valentino is not responsible for any theft or loss during transport; therefore, we suggest you choose a trackable shipping service.

Sure, you can use the same box and pre-paid label.

A return fee will only be deducted on the UPS Return Label used for shipping.

We are glad you have decided to keep your purchase. Don't worry, you don't have to do anything and there is no need to contact us.

Please note that the right of withdrawal is expressly excluded for customised items, in accordance with the provisions under Art. 59 paragraph 1 letter c) of the Consumer Code and with Valentino’s Terms and Conditions of Sale. Once the relative purchase order is sent to and accepted by Valentino, the customisation may no longer be changed, no returns and/or refunds are possible and the customised items cannot be replaced.
