You can request a return for any item purchased on Valentino.com within 20 days from delivery.

ONLINE RETURN

- Please complete the online Return Form within 20 days from delivery, specifying if you want to be refunded or to exchange the items

- The items must be in their original condition (not worn, washed, modified or damaged in any way), with all tags attached and including any accessories or dedicated packaging

- The items must be sent from the same Country where they were delivered

- Items marked as Final Sale (such as Fragrances and Customized items) cannot be returned or exchanged

- The return package must be shipped back following the instructions provided in the "Shipping A Return" section

- Please note shipping fees are not refunded

Returned items will be verified before issuing a refund or shipping the exchange. Items which do not meet the guidelines described above cannot be accepted.
