Holidays Delivery

Valentino offers guaranteed delivery by 24 December for your gifts.

STANDARD DELIVERY
Complete your order by 16 December at 4 am GMT.
For Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg complete your order by 18 December at 4 am GMT.

Please note: Standard Delivery is not available for orders to Malta and Cyprus.


EXPRESS DELIVERY
Complete your order by 20 December at 11 am GMT.

For Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Luxembourg, Portugal, Sweden and the Netherlands a further option is available.


NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Receive your order on the next working day. Last day for guaranteed delivery is 20 December at 11 am GMT.
For Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands complete your order by 23 December at 11 am GMT.


Exceptions: Remote areas may have a limited service.

Holidays Return Policy

For your gifts, we have decided to extend our return period during the holiday season.

All orders placed and delivered between 18 November and 23 December can be returned until 7 January. For orders delivered after 23 December, the regular return policy applies.
