The gift boxes, made of 100% cardboard, FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified, are designed following a logic of versatile reuse, as are the tote bags in recycled material, and the ceramic clasp, which can be transformed into a fragrance diffuser.

In 2022, 60 tons of recycled glass were used for the Born in Roma collection: working in collaboration with research and development teams, Valentino Beauty’s goal is to continue to increase the proportion of recycled glass in fragrance bottles. Additionally, 75% of the products sold from the make-up collection are either refillable, or are actual refills. An omni-comprehensive approach that also embraces retail spaces, designed in a modular way to allow for flexibility in setups and the reuse of in-store structures in multiple configurations.
