SUSTAINABILITY TRAINING AND CULTURE
Valentino believes that sustainability is built on shared values and achieved through the involvement of the entire organization. In line with the Group’s sustainability strategy, in 2024 an e learning programme was developed, outlining the Company’s objectives and actions undertaken. The programme, addressed to all employees worldwide, is fully customized and available in seven languages on the Company’s training platform. The initiative aims to promote a culture of sustainability, increase awareness of strategic objectives, and enhance the contribution of each colleague to the transformation journey.
As of 31 December 2025, more than 2,600 colleagues had completed the training course, reaching 64% of the global workforce and 66% of the Italian workforce, in line with the Sustainability Strategy’s objective of training 80% of active colleagues by 2026.
