LEGAL WARRANTY FOR LACK OF CONFORMITY
All products sold by VALENTINO are covered by a 24 (twenty-four) month warranty for lack of conformity, in accordance with Title III of the Legislative Decree. 206/2005.
The warranty for lack of conformity will be applicable only if the product has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended purpose and in accordance with the use and washing instructions contained in and/or provided with the product.
The Customer shall inform VALENTINO of the existence of any such lack of conformity within a period of 2 (two) months from the day when the Customer detected the lack of conformity. The lack of conformity can be communicated to VALENTINO by writing to Customer Service.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer has the right to request free repair or replacement of the product. If the aforementioned remedies are not possible or excessively burdensome, the Customer has the right to a price reduction or to termination of the purchase agreement, pursuant to art. 130 of the Consumer Code.
As soon as the product under warranty has been received and verified, VALENTINO will repair or replace it as soon as possible, except as provided for in Art. 130 of the Consumer Code in case of impossibility or excessive burden.
Any legal action for lack of conformity must be filed within 26 (twenty-six) months from the date of receipt of the relevant product.
