THE INFINITE PATHS OF CREATIVITY
Searching for, identifying and reusing excellence ad libitum: a practice at the heart of creation, which Maison Valentino performs on its Haute Couture Spring Summer 2023 show, Valentino Le Club Couture. Framing the show that was staged on January 25,2023 the set-up, the draperies and the 475 square meters, that were entrusted, at the end of the event, to La Réserve des arts, a French non-profit organization that offers collection, recovery and re-circulation services for all types of materials from the various creative activities in the cultural sector : sets, scenography, workshops’ offcuts, dormant stocks and redistributes them to its Community, professionals and students of the cultural sector. The materials will in fact be available at two of the organization’s three French stores. An idea that redirects creativity and repurposes it, in a circular process that supports local efforts promoting culture. A constant commitment, that of dialogue and exchange with the artistic Community that lives where Valentino operates, in line with the Maison’s giving back philosophy. Walking, one step at a time, along the path of environmental awareness.
