Dispatch and Tracking
Orders are shipped and delivered on business days, excluding holidays and warehouse closures. Estimated delivery times will be shown before you complete the order.

When the item is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also track the package in the Follow My Order page or in your account.

Taxes and Duties
Sales Tax is applied to your order according to your shipping address.

An estimation of the tax charge may be added to your order total during the checkout process. Exact charges will be equal to or less than the estimated Sales Tax, there will be no additional fees at delivery.

How to return
You can request a return within 20 days from delivery. We offer free return shipping, or you can return the items to a Valentino boutique of your choice.
Refunds fully cover the price of the items, and are issued to the same payment method you select during checkout.

Exchanges
You can exchange an item within 20 days from delivery, either choosing a different size or colour, or selecting something different. Any price difference will either be credited to you (if the new item has a lower price), or requested before shipping the exchange (if the price is higher).

You can request gift packaging when you enter the delivery address at checkout. If you wish, you can send the order directly to the receiver, as prices won’t be mentioned. The items will be carefully wrapped in our signature packaging, and your personal message will be printed on a Valentino card. The return conditions for gifts are the same as all other orders.
