You can request a return for any item purchased on Valentino.com within 14 days from delivery or pick-up in boutique.

ONLINE RETURN

- Please complete the online Return Form within 14 days, specifying if you want to be refunded or to exchange the items

- The items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and including any accessories or dedicated packaging

- A Yamato Transport slip with the return address printed and prepaid on it is included with the product. Please use this slip to return the product via Yamato Transport

- Orders picked up in boutique can be returned to the same boutique, or shipped to Valentino using the provided Yamato transport slip

- The items must be sent from the same Country where they were delivered

- Items marked as Final Sale (such as Fragrances and Customized items) cannot be returned or exchanged

Returned items will be verified before issuing a refund or shipping the exchange. Items which do not meet the guidelines described in our Return Policy cannot be accepted.

RETURN IN BOUTIQUE

You can return your online order at any Valentino boutique in Japan. Our boutique staff will assist you by shipping the return package to the Valentino warehouse. For further information, please see Return in boutique.
