PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN STORES
Customers who have purchased items in Valentino stores have the right under the law to return these items, subject to the following conditions set forth in this Policy.
In accordance with this Policy, customers may return items purchased in Valentino stores operated by Valentino Japan Ltd. within fourteen (14)days of the date of purchase by bringing in the purchase receipt together with the item.
All items returned under this Policy must not be worn, used, or have scratches or stains, and must have all the accessories that came with the original purchase (e.g., labels, tags, care instruction cards, stickers).
The following items may not be returned:
- Items without proof of purchase
- Items sold at sale prices
- Items sold at outlets
- Items not in the same conditions as when they were purchased (e.g. if the original packaging or tags are missing)
- Customized, made-to-order, or altered items
- Items made of fur or exotic materials
- Swimwear
- Fragrances
- Items processed for tax-exempt sales
- Items sold as non-returnable
This Policy does not in any way affect your rights and relief measures under the law, including your right to request a refund, replacement or repair for defective items.
Valentino Japan Ltd. reserves the right to change this Policy at any time and will notify you of any changes on this site or in stores. Even if this Policy is revised during the period between your purchase and return of the item, the said item shall be subject to the return conditions set forth in this Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
