Once we have verified your return, you will receive an email confirming if it has been accepted. Please allow between 3 and 7 working days for this process from the date the return was delivered to us.

Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method used for the order.

The time necessary for the refund to show in your account will depend on banking procedures and on the payment method.

Credit/debit card: the refund should be visible in your account in approximately 14 working days from when you receive our return acceptance email.

Cash on delivery: the refund will be issued to the bank account you indicate in the Return Form. The refund is usually processed within 14 days of receiving your returned products.

PayPal: the refund should be visible in your account in approximately 48 hours from when you receive our return acceptance email.
