Please note deliver times are approximate. Items shipped from outside Japan will be dispatched with Standard delivery. Delivery may take longer under special circumstances.

Orders are shipped and delivered during business days, with the exception of local holidays and warehouse closures.

All orders are shipped with Yamato Transport, or with DHL and its local partners if the items are stocked in our International hub. Your order will be dispatched in two business days on average after the order is placed. A shipment confirmation email containing Yamato Transport's Inquiry Form Number or the DHL Tracking Number will be sent to you as soon as the items are shipped.

If your order contains more than one item, it is possible that they could be sent at different times and from different locations. You will receive a confirmation email for each item. In this case, the shipping fee will only be charged once.
