Orders are shipped and delivered during business days, with the exception of local holidays and warehouse closures.

All orders are shipped with Yamato Transport. Your order will be shipped in two business days on average after the order is placed. A shipment confirmation email containing Yamato Transport's Inquiry Form Number will be sent to you as soon as the items are shipped.

If your order contains more than one item, it is possible that they could be sent at different times. You will receive a confirmation email for each item. In this case, the shipping fee will only be charged once.

Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
