REFUNDS

Once we have verified your return, you will receive an email confirming if it has been accepted. Please allow between 3 and 7 working days for this process from the date the return was delivered to us.

Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method used for the order.

The time necessary for the refund to show in your account will depend on banking procedures and on the payment method.

Credit/debit card, ApplePay and Klarna (where available): the refund should be visible in your account in approximately 7 working days from when you receive our return acceptance email.

PayPal: the refund should be visible in your account in approximately 48 hours from when you receive our return acceptance email.
