Boutique Appointment

You can book an appointment at a Valentino boutique to discover our collection and receive assistance from our dedicated staff.

Book an appointment, choosing the boutique and entering your information. You will be contacted by our staff to choose the time and date of your appointment.

The service is complimentary and is already available in some selected boutiques.

Pick up in boutique

Valentino offers you the possibility to pick up the items you ordered online for free in a boutique.

After selecting your preferred delivery option at checkout, select "Pick up in boutique" and choose which boutique you'd like to have your order delivered to. You will receive two emails: the first when your order is shipped from our warehouse and the second as soon as your order is ready for pick up in the boutique.

In order to pick up your order, you will need to bring with you:
  • Valid ID
  • Shipping confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device).

If someone is collecting an order on your behalf, they must bring:

  • Copy of your valid ID
  • Valid ID of the person collecting
  • Shipping confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device)
  • Letter of authorization.

If the item is not picked up within 15 days of delivery to the boutique, the order will be returned to our warehouse and we will issue a refund.

Tailor Booking

You can personalize your purchase by requesting our complimentary Tailoring Service at one of our boutiques.

After completing your order, please fill out the “Request a Tailoring Appointment” form, choosing a boutique from the list and entering your information; one of our specialists will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Please remember that:

  • The Tailoring Service is only available for certain items.  You can check the availability in the product details of the item that you are interested in;
  • The service can be requested within 30 days of the order date;
  • You can also complete the form at a later time directly in My Account or in the My Order section;
  • Once modified, garments can no longer be returned.

Availability in boutique

Valentino’s "Availability in boutique" service allows you to verify the availability of the items you are interested in online, and reserve them for a chance to try them on in a boutique.

Choose the size and/or color combination on the item page and check the availability. If the item is available, select the boutique where you would like to reserve them and enter your personal details. You will be contacted by one of our staff to confirm your reservation.
