A solidarity initiative aimed at helping those still affected by military conflict: Maison Valentino joined the National Chamber of Italian Fashion in supporting UNHCR through a donation of half a million euros. Announced in March 2022, the contribution will allow the high commission of the UN for refugees to provide Ukraine and neighbouring countries such as Moldova and Romania with prime necessities including blankets, mattresses, water, tents, solar lamps, medicines and hygiene products, as well as economic support on-site. The effort reflects the emphasis which the Maison places on Community, a key value of its company culture and a founding pillar for a healthy, ethical society focused on the well being of all its members.
