Here you can find some helpful information for customers ordering from UK. Please check back regularly for updates.

Your orders and returns may face potential delays. You can check the status of your delivery at any time in the Follow your Order page. To check the status of your return, please visit the Follow your Return section.

At the moment, all shipments towards UK will be managed as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning we will deliver the goods at our own expense and risk, taking care of all formalities and paying all import duties for both orders and returns.

Yes. Please complete the Return Form in the Customer Care area as usual. In addition, if you need to arrange a return and in order to reduce the risk of delays at custom, it's very important to properly fill in the 3 copies of the "Return proforma" you received with the parcel. 
You just need to flag the item(s) you wish to return and report the total amount of the order value. If you did not receive the above documents with the parcel or if you have lost them, you can easily download and print a blank Returns Proforma Invoice and complete it with all the required information. Don't forget to produce 3 copies. Make sure to fill in the form clearly and make it easy to read.
If the forms are not complete, the package will not pass Customs and will be returned to you.
